Last updated: May 26, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Reviseo handles account data and study materials when students use the app to upload reviewers, generate summaries, create flashcards, answer quizzes, and track progress.

Reviseo is built to keep each student workspace private. Your reviewers and generated study materials are connected to your own account and are not shown to other users.

Service Activity

Basic technical and usage details that help us keep pages, uploads, extraction, and account features reliable.

We collect the information you provide when creating and using an account, such as your name, email address, password, uploaded reviewer files, extracted text, summaries, flashcards, quizzes, quiz attempts, categories, and study progress.

We may also collect basic technical information needed to keep the service working, such as request timestamps, browser type, and error information.

3. How We Use Information

  • We use your information to create your account, authenticate your session, store your reviewers, generate study materials, save quiz attempts, show progress, and improve reliability.

  • We do not sell student study materials or account information. We use your uploaded content only to provide the Reviseo features you choose to use.

Uploads And Study Materials

Files you upload may be stored so you can access them later. Extracted text and generated study materials are saved to your account so your workspace remains useful across sessions. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload the materials you add to Reviseo.

Security

Reviseo uses account authentication, ownership checks, and server-side validation to help protect user data. Passwords are stored in hashed form. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep your account and study data protected with reasonable technical safeguards.

4. Your Data Choices

You can update your profile, export your account data, clear study data, or delete your account from Settings where those features are available.

If you need help with account data, contact Reviseo at the email address listed on this page.
