How to structure your lectures for cleaner content extraction.
Make your lecture notes and reviewers easier to extract, organize, and summarize with simple study material tweaks.

Start With Clear Headings
Good headings make a reviewer easier to scan and easier to process. Use short section titles like Definitions, Examples, Process, Advantages, Limitations, and Review Questions.
Avoid mixing several topics under one long heading. If a section changes focus, add a new heading before the next idea.
Keep Bullets Specific
Each bullet should explain one thought. Long bullets with several clauses are harder to turn into flashcards and quiz questions.
If a bullet defines a term, write it directly: Term - definition. If it gives an example, label it as an example.
Clean Notes Save Time
Before uploading, remove duplicate pages, unreadable scans, and unrelated class reminders. The cleaner your source file is, the cleaner your summary and study materials will be.
